Community Resilience & Coordination Initiative (CRCI)

The Community Resilience & Coordination Initiative (CRCI) was implemented from 19 May 2024 to 31 July 2024 through a partnership with Judy Organization for Relief and Development. The project aimed to strengthen the skills and capacities of local organizations and community members while supporting sustainable livelihood opportunities and community resilience.

As part of the project, 24 participants received vocational training in mobile phone maintenance and sweets making and decoration, providing them with practical and employable skills. The project also delivered capacity-building workshops covering humanitarian standards, project management, MEAL, and fundraising, contributing to the strengthening of the organizational capacity of Nudem and its partner NGOs. In addition, the project promoted community engagement and collaboration with Judy Organization.

The achievements of the project were showcased through a community event, providing an opportunity to highlight participants’ skills and accomplishments. Overall, the project contributed to strengthening organizational capacities, improving livelihood skills, enhancing community resilience and empowerment, and fostering stronger collaboration among local organizations
